A revolutionary new 60-minute class created by Amrit-Yoga-trained and internationally-known personal development coach Peggy Sealfon that will amp up and restore body and mind with a unique blend of yoga, dance and Yoga Nidra.
It will begin with basic yoga postures to warm up the body and calm the mind. We will then morph into a “happy body” aerobic dance sequence that will rev your heart rate to help you release toxic energies while you enjoy moving to rhythmic beats of contemporary music. Finally, you will cool down and descend into a Yoga Nidra sleep-based guided meditation to clear blockages whether mental, emotional or physical (this part has the benefit of renewing body and mind in a transformational way).
