June 8 is Global Wellness Day and we have created a day for you to create what wellness is to you. This is a free event. Choose one class or choose to stay for all of the classes, this is your day to play in the energy of body, mind and spirit.

10am-11am Fascia Release and Yin Yoga with Aurelia
11am-12pm Wellness Angel Card Reading with Aurelia
12pm-1pm Lunch Break
1pm-2pm Heart Centered Healing Meditation with Gwen
2pm-2:30pm Yoga Nidra with Aurelia
2:30pm-3:30pm Reiki with Gwen and Aurelia

All levels are welcome. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a blanket and pillow if you want to lie down.
