Athleta Girl Paddleboard Yoga

NaplesSUPco is teaming up with Athleta To support the power of GIRL! Athleta Girl is a brand promoting our younger gals to be bold, brave, kind, adventurous, active, and stronger together!

Come out and experience a stronger you on the paddleboards (don’t worry, we won’t be trying super hard poses like the photo in this event😂) We will paddle together to a serene area where Kristen, our beautiful yoga instructor, will lead us in a restorative yoga practice surrounded by water and mangroves.

Experience isn’t necessary! Pssst…my first time ever on a paddleboard was to try a paddleboard yoga class (spoiler alert, I loved it!)…you’ve got this!

The class is $40 and includes your paddleboard rental. This is an introductory price! After this initial class, the price goes up in July.
