Sensory Awareness through Yoga Attunement (SATYA) is a specific yoga method of small, gentle, slow movements to relieve stress and pain. This practice is also deeply relaxing and is an asset to any existing yoga practice.
Becky will lead this 2 hour workshop that is good for all levels of students, including those with no prior yoga experience. Your spine and joints will thank you!
